Returns & Refunds

What items are eligible for returns?
You can return items that are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them. That includes all packaging and accessories.

How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
If your night light arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Return Costs & Shipping
Returns are at the customer’s cost, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or wrong. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can see when it arrives safely back to us.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage beyond normal wear, or that are missing parts

  • Items bought on final sale (if applicable)

  • Anything not in its original condition or packaging

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@snoozylights.com with your order number and photos (if relevant). Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange. We’ll send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Once the item is back with us and approved, we’ll process a refund for you.
